Install the software

Unpack the Duet2

Place a business card on the platform

Press the capture button within the software

Like magic the information on the card is transferred into the database

You can now use the data as you wish

The amount of data collected will depend on the complexity of the business card design. Good lighting during capture will also increase accuracy. A scan of the card is available for you to look at anytime from within the software programme and you can manually edit or add to the data captured.

The duet 2 allows capture of business card images, and the powerful software then provides OCR and extracts the information from the business and enters it into a database. This can then be edited manually, manipulated in other ways including sychronising with Outlook and other software.

You can also detach the camera to use as a web cam with a handy clip which allows it to be attached to many different surfaces.
