UK SHIPPING POLICY

We usually ship same working day (Mon-Friday) for all payments cleared by noon of that day. Items are sent via Royal Mail second class post, or for heavier items by one of our couriers for 48 hour or next working day delivery. Some items will  require a signature, but if you are out, our courier or the post office will  leave a card so you can have your package re-delivered at your convenience.

If you have specific shipping requirements, require timed deliveries or Saturday deliveries etc, these can be arranged at extra cost, please phone us to organise.

SHIPPING COSTS

For most of mainland UK the following shipping charges apply. Shipping cost is driven by the overall weight of your purchases. Providing we can pack them safely into a single consignment you will only pay one charge based on the following total weights of your purchases.

We believe shipping by weight is fairer than adding a charge to every item as you would have to pay, for those sites offering free shipping. Free shipping may appear attractive, however you will be paying a charge on every item you purchase, no matter what the overall cost of the shipping is.
