Delivery Times UK Mainland

Small Items are sent via Royal Mail Large Letter. These can be posted through your letter box, so you do not need to be at home to receive them. This is a part tracked service, delivery of items is recorded.
There are no excluded UK post codes.

Delivery time 1-3 working Days

Items up to 20kg (and within certain size limits) are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This is a fully tracked service.

Delivery time 48 working hours.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you and you can go to the courier website where you can track your parcel.

International shipping will normally use insured courier delivery.

When will my item be delivered?

• We will ship your item the same day (excludes weekends and bank holidays) if we receive your order by 14:00 along with cleared payment.

• Most items are delivered within 48 working hours, but you should allow a minimum of 5 working days for delivery, before contacting us please.

• If you need an item urgently please call us or use one of the premium shipping options available.

• We are responsible for delivery of your item. If it does not arrive we will resend it to you, but you must let us know that you have not received it!

Shipping Costs UK Mainland

Standard shipping is free on all orders over £20.00.

For orders under £20.00 there is a small  standard charge of £3.00 for most items, but where possible we will still ship your item for free.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you make payment so you can be sure what your final bill will be.

Premium shipping options are available for next day delivery, options and prices are displayed at checkout.
